相信大家都知道了 IBM 裁掉了 8,000 名 HR 的新聞 (Global Desk, 2025),震驚之餘,也在擔心自己是不是就是那下一個被辭退的人?其實,更應該擔心的是:拿掉那些技能之後,你還剩下什麼?
AI 的快速,奪走了人類原本最引以為傲的:洞察力、整合力、邏輯力、判斷力、決策力 (Federspiel et al., 2023)。一切的一切(小至 Google Map 的最佳路徑到公司組織的願景),人類正在把自己人生的掌控權交到一個只靠晶片運作的機器手中。
為什麼人類能夠存活的這麼生生不息?因為「本能」是被寫進身體裡的保命機制 (Lischinsky and Lin, 2020),但… 現在人類反而更相信數字判斷而不相信自己的直覺,這才是應該要擔心的根本。數據能造假,身體的反應不會;資料可以被灌水,身體的反應不會 → 人類最應該做的事情:觀察自己身體的反應,也正在逐漸被 AI 吞噬。
千篇一律的職缺敘述、重樣的模板設計、…,拜 AI 所賜:人類連唯一最有人性的天賦也正在悄悄被奪走 — 創作力。模仿,是人類的學習本能 (Rizzolatti and Craighero, 2004),但惰性使得人類連模仿 → 思考 → 創作的流程都不願意走… 其實,末日已經在發生了:當你發現,你無法從日常生活中找到任何創作的樂趣時,你已經不像個「活著的人」了。
活在被別人操控的世界,真的比較快樂嗎?輝達、Meta、Google 其實也在被自己創造的 AI 給綁架:
當最賴以為生的科技判斷都無法辨識自己時,人類還能不能勇敢的像肖申克一樣,救自己一次 (King, 1982)?
曾經恐懼的那些未來已逐一應驗:複製人、天災、地震、海嘯、失業、經濟蕭條、…,現在只是開端。但是這一切,都是為了喚醒並驗證:人類還是不是人類?還是已經變成 AI 的產物?
